Our 17th industrial unit is taking shape on our site in Kolín.
In the spring, we informed you that, under a 10-year lease agreement, we were commencing the construction of a modern, turnkey industrial hall for a tenant at our MTC Kolín s.r.o. site; today we bring you the first images – we have successfully installed the piles and the steel structure will begin to take shape in about a week’s time.
The hall will offer 5,500 m² of floor space; it will be a double-bay structure, heated, with a gantry crane installed in each bay. Structurally, it consists of a reinforced concrete frame with a wire-reinforced concrete floor and a trapezoidal roof supported by prefabricated purlins.
This is now the seventeenth hall at our MTC Kolín site, seven of which we have built entirely from scratch. Thanks to their location and quality, our halls are in high demand and fully let for 10 years or more. We are therefore pleased that, thanks to our bespoke construction approach, we are still able to meet demand and do not have to turn away new prospective tenants.
