The implementation of the project will increase the technical and useful values ​​of the products.

Project goal:

The project is aimed at increasing the company’s competitiveness by expanding the product portfolio in the area of ​​coil-coating coated passports. At the same time as product innovation, the technological production process will also be innovated, especially with regard to production quality and production efficiency, by installing optical control elements to check surface defects and the flatness of the input material. Another measure to increase the quality of the surface and the uniform application of the paint is a device for automatic control of the pressure of the application rollers.

The implementation of the project will increase the technical, utility and design value of our products.

Project description:

The project deals with filling the technological gap in Slovakia in the area of ​​production – precise closed welded profiles with galvanized weld. It will be an expansion of the company’s production capabilities and an expansion of its product portfolio. The subject of the project is a profiling line for the production of closed precision profiles with a galvanized weld and the associated division of profiles into precise lengths. The products produced on the line implemented in the project will be new to the Slovak market. The closed profiles will be welded by an induction welder and the resulting weld will be covered with metal on the galvanizing unit. With this technology, it will be possible to produce closed profiles from galvanized sheets, and the welding point will be covered with the same coating as the rest of the profile surface. The variability of the line will allow the processing of strips with different types of surfaces and different shapes.

Together with the shape variability of the profiles, the result of the project will also be the precise division of the profiles into length. The company will be able to supply profiles continuously in lengths from 400 to 8000 mm. This predisposes production to demanding applications in the automotive, engineering and furniture industries.

Closed profiles with a wall thickness of 1.0 to 3.0 mm will be produced. Profiles with a circular cross-section from 26 to 102 mm, profiles with a square cross-section and with a rectangular cross-section and profiles with special cross-sections. Profiles will be produced in lengths from 4500 to 8000 mm and on a hydraulic saw in lengths from 400 to 4500 mm. Profiles cut with a hydraulic saw will have treated cutting edges.
