Our input coils consists of a wide range of aluminium alloys. The most demanded are AW-1050A grade aluminium belts with hardness H24 and aluminium alloy belts with grades AW-3005 and AW-3105, hardnesses H22, H24, H26 and H28, as well as AW-5754, AW-5052 and AW-5005 alloys. We also handle customer supplied material.
All materials are subject to initial inspection and their quality is documented by the manufacturer's certificate.
We offer steel sheets and coils in thicknesses of 0.3 – 6.0 mm with dimensions chosen by the customer. Our portfolio consists of uncoated and coated sheets, tread plates, embossed and anodised sheets, and sheets coated with a removable protective film.

A pattern is pressed into both sides of the surface of the aluminium coil with a sheet embossing roller. This is performed on both uncoated and coated aluminium alloy coils.

We offer tread sheets Quintet, Duet or Diamond made from an AlMg3 alloy in grade H114. We can also provide non-standard formats if requested by the customer.
