In this short video, we’d like to give you a glimpse of our three current construction projects, all of which are due for completion in 2027.
Residential developments, commercial premises and industrial units – our property development portfolio is wide-ranging. We have the experience, ambition and plans. Over the past 20 years, we have delivered tens of thousands of square metres of new usable floor space, whether through greenfield developments or the regeneration of brownfield sites, and all of them are in use.
- The final phase of the BYTY COMAX Velvary project (Block C) will comprise 35 residential units and is due for completion in autumn 2027.
- STODOLA, a multifunctional commercial space with a SOLROOF solar roof and a garden, will be officially opened in Velvary in the summer of 2027.
- We are building a 5,000 m² industrial HALL in Kolín, tailor-made for a tenant, which will be completed in 2027.
