Wallboard profiles

METAL TRADE COMAX is an experienced manufacturer of thin-walled steel profiles for wallboard constructions. These include CD, UD, CW, UW and UA profiles.

We produce as standard:

  • smooth plasterboard profiles
  • thin-walled / thick-walled plasterboard profiles 
  • wall thickness: 0.6-2.0 mm 
  • 11 standard types of profiles

We also offer special profiles

We produce smooth structural profiles for dry-wall constructions, as well as rigidised profiles or plasterboard profiles with increased corrosion resistance made from coated strips for environments with high humidity and the risk of condensation.

The capacity of our production plant is 2,000 tons of profiles for plasterboard stud frames per month, of which 100 tons are reinforced UA profiles.

For dry construction, contact us

Dry construction is an effective solution for new interiors and renovations; it is particularly used for non-load-bearing walls, suspended ceilings, dividing walls and plasterboarded walls. Plasterboard enables fast construction with the same characteristics as a regular structure.

Comax profiles are distributed to construction projects throughout the Czech Republic, as well as to Germany, Croatia and other European countries.
