MTC Kolín is located on the important II/125 (Ovčárecká) transport artery near the D11 Prague – Hradec Králové motorway (9 km) and has a railway siding. Since 2024, it has been using solar energy – it operates a 1 MWp photovoltaic power plant on the roofs of its halls.

73 tenants currently operate their businesses at the MTC Kolín complex.
