Our production plant in Litovel has expanded its machinery portfolio with three new production machines that offer enhanced capabilities for the final processing of tubes. The new technological additions include:
- A fully automatic Rattunde cutting center: capable of multiple cuts in a single cycle (triple), automatic deburring, integrated in-line length measurement, sorting, and automatic packaging.
- Two circular vibratory deburring machines (tumblers) – ideal for the efficient removal of burrs, edge rounding, and surface leveling of tube components.
- Engraving machine – provides permanent mechanical marking of parts by embossing identification data and dimensions using a die.
