COMAX Garden Center with a multifunctional hall
The winner of the architectural competition for the design of a multipurpose building for our future garden center in Velvary in the spring of 2025 was the design by Ing. Arch. Michaela Bergová.
In September 2025, we began construction of the building on a 1,000 m² site – here is a photo of the pile foundation, which highlights the excellent location in terms of transport links and the surrounding countryside.
At the turn of the year, we will install the roof truss and cladding and finally complete the roof (which will, of course, be from Comax). The interior work will begin in the summer of 2026 – we will share updates on the project with you.
