90 000 steel beams made of COMAX, this is KATEMO ENERGY PARK.

Our production plant in Litovel supplies 1 200 tons of steel profiles Comax with Magnelis anticorrosive coating to the largest solar power plant in the Czech Republic.

The unique 45 MWp power plant is being built on an area of 46 football fields (33 ha) in the vicinity of Lake Kateřina in Modlany and it is a reference for a first-class ground-mounted solar installation with battery storage of the latest generation (fast charging and discharging system).

The plant can power 13 855 households, which is equivalent to the city of Pilsen. Start up expected in 4Q/2025.
