Discover the specifications of Block ‘C’.
In September, we launched sales for Phase III of the BYTY COMAX Velvary project (Block ‘C’). By the end of October, 43% of the flats had found their future owners. We invite you to view the interior specifications.
The show flat is situated on the ground floor of the neighbouring, coral-red Block B, and clearly demonstrates the standards of the under-construction Block C. The colour accents in Block C will be in pastel yellow.

Building “C” already has its windows fitted and we are starting to insulate the façade. Inside, installation and plastering work has begun. In its energy performance assessment, the building has been awarded the highest ‘A’ rating (exceptionally energy-efficient).
The building will be completed in spring 2028 and is the final one in our project.
