With the town’s mayor present, the comany’s management tapped the foundation stone of the Comax apartments in Velvary.
The first stage of construction will begin in 2024, with scheduled completion in 2025. However, the idea behind the project dates back to 2014, when Comax bought a brownfield with an attractive location close to the company, within walking distance of the city center, in order to revitalize it.
The new flats are intended for Comax employees as well as the public.
