METAL TRADE COMAX a.s., a group with decades of experience in steel and sheet metal processing, continues to systematically build a strong industrial platform with a high-quality portfolio of companies and clear synergies across Europe.
As of January 1, 2026, METAL TRADE COMAX a.s. has become the owner of a 100% stake in two manufacturing and logistics companies:
• Bravo International CZ s.r.o.
• Bravo International DE GmbH
The Bravo International Group has long specialized in the manufacturing, logistics, and supply of comprehensive metal roofing and cladding solutions, primarily for European DIY and home improvement retail chains.
The combination of COMAX and Bravo activities creates a strong industrial platform integrating manufacturing capabilities, product know-how, and logistics infrastructure within the metal roofing segment.
During this strategic partnership, the companies will be managed jointly and will continue to collaborate as part of one group, ensuring complete continuity of operations, services, and supply for all existing clients and partners.
This acquisition enables both groups to further develop mutual synergies, strengthen supply chain stability, and offer customers comprehensive and competitive solutions across European markets.
