Phase II of the BYTY COMAX project brings new layouts.
At first glance, the same house with the same quality standard of living, which does not differ from the first one. At second glance, the new layout of the 2+kk flats: now our clients can choose a more economical square footage of 48 m² or 53 m² for the 2+kk flats.
The desirable small-size flats 1 + kk and spacious family flats 3 + kk have been retained in Phase II and all flats continue to have a loggia next to each room and a cellar included in the price.
We invite you to a tour of Phase I, during which we will show you not only the sample apartment and the range of surfaces/shades from the standard samples, but also the underground garages or cellar spaces.
