Profile Centres

We produce open, close and welded steel profiles and tubes from galvanised steel bands with a thickness of 0.4 to 3.5 mm in our three factories (VELVARY, LITOVEL and KOŠICE).

Our product range includes over 200 types of profiles for plastic windows and sectional doors, welded tubes, laser-cut and laser-punched profiles, profiles for plasterboards, as well as custom-tailored profiles. Moreover, we produce special profiles with increased corrosion resistance (C3, C5) for plasterboards installations in damp areas or heavy-duty industrial applications. Manufacturers of fencing elements and gates also use our profiles and tubes as fence and support structures; profiles are also applied in vineyard constructions and many other areas.

The annual production volume is 55,000 tons of profiles.

Altogether, we operate a total of 19 moderne profiling lines, 2 welding lines, 3 slow-operating cold saws, and 2 saws for conventional profile cutting. For the precise processing of round, square and rectangular tubes, we use the automatic laser system ADIGE LT5.

As far as profile lengths and packaging variants are concerned, we comply with our customers’ requirements. We supply to both wholesalers and end-users as well.

We have implemented international standards QMS, EMS, and EnMS for the production process control.
