METAL TRADE COMAX manufactures reinforcing profiles for plastic window and door frames made from HDG sheet metal up to a thickness of 3.5 mm.
In addition to the production of profiles for well-known PVC window and door systems of renowned manufacturers, we develop new profiles and tubes. The development is carried out by highly qualified engineers with many years of experience in the field. For the design and optimization of tools for new products we use the modern COPRA software from DATA M.
Our advanced forming lines, software and the expertise of our technologists allow us to produce even complex profiles for the rapidly developing market of large-scale, low-energy and retractable windows or profiles for sunrooms and terraces.
QB44 CSTB and RAL-GZ 716 GKFP
Despite our large production capacity, quality is our number one priority – in addition to ISO and IATF certificates, we hold the QB44 CSTB quality mark for the French market, and the RAL-GZ 716 GKFP quality mark for the German market in the sector of profiles for PVC windows and doors.
We are currently preparing for the IATF certification audit.
