A new industrial hall will be built on the premises of MTC Kolín s.r.o.
Based on a 10-year lease agreement, we will begin construction of a new modern industrial hall for the tenant in the spring of 2026 on the land of our subsidiary MTC Kolín s.r.o. It will be half of Hall C from the attached visualization and will have an impressive floor area of 5,500 m².
The hall will be designed as a single-story, double-aisled, heated building with a low gable roof. The hall will be lit and ventilated by skylights, and a gantry crane will be installed in each aisle. Completion of construction is planned for December 31, 2027.
MTC Kolín s.r.o., as the developer and administrator of the complex, will provide technical and maintenance services for the future operation of the hall.
