We are pleased to answer your questions and inform you that we have begun construction on the third apartment building (Phase C). Building C will feature 35 residential units ranging from studio apartments to three-bedroom units, with an underground garage and commercial space on the ground floor.
The residential units in Building C are not yet for sale – we will post information about the start of sales here on our website and at www.bytycomax.cz.
Building C will be completed in the fall of 2027. You can follow the construction progress at www.bytycomax.cz.
