During the first week of September 2025, Comax welcomed a visit from the management of the Central Bohemian Region, led by Governor Petra Pecková. It was a courtesy visit with a dialogue about what influences a large manufacturing company with an international reach and where the region can specifically help.
The discussion was preceded by a tour of our facilities. After the tour, we took advantage of one of the last beautiful summer days and opened up key topics on our roof terrace:
- Energy sustainability of production
- Transport connections to the site and infrastructure improvements
- Linking technical schools with practice
- Accelerating administrative processes for further investment and company development – currently the construction of a new painting line
The mayor of the city, Mr. Radim Wolák, also took part in the regional leadership’s visit to Comax. He prepared an attractive follow-up program, including a meeting with the mayors of neighboring municipalities and, at the end of the day, a debate with citizens.
