The first stage of the COMAX project in its pure beauty…

As the 1st COMAX apartment building nears completion, we bring you an aerial view of its thoughtful setting in the surroundings – all apartments have nice open views and those on the top floors can see up to the church tower on Velvar Square.

Landscaping is now underway around the building and soon the surroundings and views will be transformed with the first spring greenery – we will share the new views with you.

What’s next?
We are finalizing the model apartment so that we can invite you for a tour in April 2025.
