In November 2023, we laid the foundation stone for the COMAX APARTMENTS residential project. By June 30, 2025, we had successfully sold apartment building A (33/33), and by December 30, 2025, we had sold 82% of the units in building B (31/38).
We are not afraid of winter
With the onset of winter, we completed the necessary outdoor work on the construction of building B so that it would be ready for interior work, and now we are focusing on the construction of interior plasterboard partitions and the distribution of installations. Thanks to the prepared boiler room, we are heating the building during the cold months.
