As we announced in the spring, the German company KBS-Rohr Handelsges. mbH joined the COMAX group in February 2025, followed by the Italian company Cogi S.r.l. in April 2025.
In November 2025, COMAX signed an agreement to acquire a 100% stake in two manufacturing and logistics companies of the international holding Bravo:
- Bravo International CZ s.r.o.
- Bravo International DE GmbH
Bravo specializes in the production, logistics, and delivery of comprehensive sheet metal roofing and cladding solutions to a wild network of European hobby markets. Through this acquisition, COMAX gain two of the holding company’s companies and will combine its activities in the sheet metal roofing sector with them.
