That’s how we describe apartment building A, the first phase of our development project, which sold out in a record time of 10 months. It will be approved for occupancy in September 2025 and, after the ownership rights are entered in the land register, it will be handed over to the owners of the units by the end of the year.
We are proud of our construction division, MTC Development s.r.o., which coped well with the vagaries of the weather and other pitfalls and, thanks to its experience, was able to identify reliable partners among the contractors with whom we completed the construction on time.
