Phase 1 of the project is on schedule.
The construction of the first of three COMAX apartment buildings in Velvary is in full swing. The modern housing of up to 4 bedrooms and 86 m² fits perfectly into the surroundings and with plenty of garage parking and its own solar power plant will satisfy even demanding clients.
The houses are energy class A – extremely energy efficient. This will be appreciated by future owners in the form of low running costs. We are planning to complete the first phase in Q3 2025.
