The first stage of construction will begin in 2024, with scheduled completion in 2025. However, the idea behind the project dates back to 2014, when Comax bought a brownfield with an attractive location close to the company, within walking distance of the city center, in order to revitalize it.<\/p>\n

The new flats are intended for Comax employees as well as the public.<\/p>\n
