COMAX Garden Center with a multifunctional hall<\/strong><\/p>\n

The winner of the architectural competition<\/strong> for the design of a multipurpose building for our future garden center in Velvary in the spring of 2025 was the design by Ing. Arch. Michaela Bergov\u00e1.<\/p>\n

In September 2025, we began construction of the building<\/strong> on a 1,000 m\u00b2 site \u2013 here is a photo of the pile foundation, which highlights the excellent location in terms of transport links and the surrounding countryside.<\/p>\n

At the turn of the year, we will install the roof truss and cladding and finally complete the roof (which will, of course, be from Comax). The interior work<\/strong> will begin in the summer of 2026 \u2013 we will share updates on the project with you.<\/p>\n
