Aluminium master alloys

The aluminium master alloys are designed for modification of foundry and wrought alloys with high content of alloying elements, for example Si, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Ti, Cr and other elements according to customer requirements. We produce the foundry alloys in conformity with European standards or customer requirements. We use electrical induction furnaces for the production, the melt size ranges from 500 kg up to 800 kg, the ingot weight is 10 kg – 12 kg, or up to 20kg with foundry alloys of AlCu – the melt size range of foundry alloys AlCu is 1000kg.

The ingots are packed either in self-supporting, stackable bundles with weight ranging from 500 kg up to 800 kg, tied with a PET or steel tape, or on wooden pallets with weight about 1000-1500 kg.
