Metallurgy
Alloys and master alloys on the basis of aluminum and copper are produced in accordance with the standards ČSN, DIN, EN and optionally to customer requirements. Production is using modern metallurgic technology of furnaces with controlled atmosphere. The quality of the manufacturing process is guaranteed by CSN EN ISO 9001 and CSN EN ISO 14001 certification. The modern laboratory is equipped with emission spectrometers, equipment for measuring density index as well as metallurgic microscopes.
In 2010, the company innovated the process of handling recyclable waste of non-ferrous metals; with the support of the Operational Programme for Enterprise and Innovation the company purchased technology for special treatment of input aluminum chips to reduce moisture and impurities of input material, so that the melting process is as efficient as possible with maximum quality resulting production of aluminum alloys.
